About Jury and Award Process: Prestigious and Transparent
Ensuring a meticulous and unbiased selection process, the journey to identifying the winners has been both thorough and thoughtful. The editorial team of Grihshobha, driven by its legacy of storytelling and empowerment, meticulously curated a longlist of nearly 200 women across diverse fields who have exhibited exceptional contributions.

Internal Jury Shortlisting

From this extensive list, an internal jury, comprising women panelists, undertook the challenging task of shortlisting 3 to 4 exceptional nominees per category. This rigorous evaluation was based on impact, influence, and continued contributions to their field.

With their vision, they carefully evaluated numerous entries and selected those exceptional individuals for the Grihshobha Inspire Awards who truly reflect the spirit and credibility of this honour.
